History and subject of activity of Lasto Engineering

Lasto Engineering is a consulting company in the field of expert evaluations with an established market presence of over 15 years. Our team consists of highly qualified specialists – engineers, experts at the Sofia City Court with technical expertise, economists. We have an international certificate of evaluation – REV to the European Group of Assessors – tegova.org . The experts in the company have many years of experience in preparing all kinds of expert assessments.

We prepare valuations of all types of assets for different purposes – lending, purchase and sale, accounting needs, certification of financial statements, transactions between related parties, determination of rental or lease payments, development of investment projects, valuation of various property rights, determination of insurance values and all other cases where you want to know the value of your assets. We have competencies in the following areas – valuation of real estate, machinery and equipment, agricultural land, entire commercial enterprises and receivables, valuation of intangible assets (intellectual property, trademarks, patents, etc.), judicial divisions, valuation of investment projects, for sales, for in-kind contributions, for property insurance, for liquidation and mergers and others.

What we offer?

Where are the evaluation reports needed?

Banking institutions and leasing companies are the largest contracting authorities for the preparation of valuation reports. The company is a long-term partner and works in close cooperation with Postbank AD, United Bulgarian Bank AD, Raiffeisen Bank Bulgaria EAD, First Investment Bank, Allianz Bank Bulgaria and others. We also work closely with several leasing companies and we are preparing assessments for the National Revenue Agency, the Registry Agency, the Sofia City Court, etc.
